3ROC x Jackworth x ALT: Historic Walker Ewing Open House

Step back in time at this special open house celebrating a beautifully preserved log cabin built in the 1700s. Guests will tour the Historic Walker Ewing Log House with staff from Allegheny Land Trust and learn how local conservation efforts protected this important piece of early American history—plus the surrounding forests. It's a wonderful chance to see how families actually lived centuries ago and understand the work behind preserving our community's heritage. The afternoon includes holiday-themed activities perfect for families: try your hand at letter-writing, create your own ornament, and browse conservation-themed gifts. Jackworth Ginger Beer will be available for purchase in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties (ID required for alcohol). General admission is $10 per ticket. All proceeds go directly to supporting Allegheny Land Trust's land-protection mission, making this a meaningful way to spend an afternoon together while giving back to your community.
