4R Lake: Doing your part with Lucas SWCD

Join us for a hands-on learning experience about water quality and environmental stewardship. Your child will discover how everyday pollutants find their way into our lakes and streams, and learn practical steps your family can take to protect these important water sources. This program is designed for kids ages 6 to 10 and combines education with interactive activities that make science tangible and engaging. The session runs for one hour and is held in Meeting Room A at Mott Library, which accommodates up to 30 participants. Kids will leave with real takeaways about conservation they can apply at home, making this a great opportunity to spark curiosity about the natural world and environmental responsibility.
