A Country Christmas + ICE!

This 43rd-year celebration brings festive holiday fun to Gaylord Opryland for an extended season. Families can explore illuminated grounds featuring over 17 hours of activities, including ice skating and tubing, Santa photo opportunities, and horse-drawn carriage rides. The highlight for many kids will be ICE!, a walk-through exhibit showcasing hand-carved ice sculptures themed around "Home Alone"—a perfect blend of holiday cheer and movie magic. For families seeking something different, the cirque show "Pomp, Snow and Cirqueumstance" performs select dates and combines acrobatics with seasonal entertainment. Tickets and pricing vary depending on which attractions interest your family most, with ICE! starting at $24.39 and the cirque show at $44.39. The event welcomes day visitors, so you don't need to book an overnight stay. On select dates throughout the season (including several in November and December, plus early January), visitors can explore the grounds freely without advance reservations. Peak weekend days allow arrival before 3 p.m. with evening access, giving families flexibility to plan their visit around their schedule.
