
Adapted Chair Yoga featuring Integration Yoga with Jenn
Join instructor Jenn for a one-hour yoga session designed around seated poses. This class takes traditional yoga movements and adapts them so you can practice while sitting in a chair. Depending on what works best for your body, the instructor may also offer variations that let you stand while using the chair for balance and support. The class is welcoming to all ages and fitness levels.
