Animal Encounters at Discovery World
Get up close with live animals at Discovery World's interactive encounters.
Your family can get up close with turtles, snakes, and other animals during this recurring program at Discovery World. Sessions happen every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. in the Great Lakes Future exhibit. Kids will have the chance to meet the museum's animal ambassadors, learn about their distinctive traits, and gain insight into the creatures that live at Discovery World.
This hands-on experience works well for curious children who enjoy learning about wildlife in an interactive setting. Each session runs one hour, giving families a manageable window to participate without a major time commitment. It's a great way to combine education with up-close animal observation during a museum visit.
