April Gull’s Day

Gulls are far more fascinating than most people realize—they're intelligent problem-solvers with impressive diversity. At April Gull's Day, you'll start with an educational presentation that reveals what makes these birds so clever and adaptable. After learning some basics, you and your family will head out on the trails to spot gulls in their natural habitat and put your new knowledge to use. This program works well for adults and older family members who enjoy a mix of learning and outdoor exploration. The event combines indoor instruction with an outdoor component, so plan for both settings. For questions about the program or to learn more details, you can reach the Nature Realm Visitors Center at 330-865-8065—they're available Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
