Authors! with Daniel Kraus

Author Daniel Kraus meets readers at Toledo Library main branch.

Meet celebrated author Daniel Kraus as he talks about his latest novel, *The Sixth Nik*. Kraus is a Pulitzer Prize winner and New York Times bestselling author whose work spans novels, television, and film. He's collaborated with filmmaker Guillermo del Toro on *The Shape of Water* and *Trollhunters*, and his previous novels have earned major recognition from NPR, the New York Times, and numerous literary awards. This is an adults-only event perfect for book lovers and anyone interested in hearing directly from an accomplished writer about his creative process and newest work. Your ticket includes a copy of *The Sixth Nik* to take home. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for general admission seating—no assigned seats, but your ticket guarantees you a place. After the presentation, Kraus will be available for a limited book signing. Tickets are sold online only through Eventbrite. The library offers free underground parking on Adams Street. If you need handicapped seating or an American Sign Language interpreter, call the library at least one week (or two weeks for ASL) before the event to arrange accommodations. Outside food and beverages aren't permitted, and flash photography or video recording isn't allowed.
