Autism Pittsburgh Presents, The Senses of the Season – Frick Environmental Center

Join Autism Pittsburgh for a sensory-friendly celebration of winter at the Frick Environmental Center! This special program invites families to experience the season through music, movement, and all the wonderful sensations winter brings—from the aroma of hot cocoa to the feel of snow underfoot. The hour-long event features live music, interactive dancing, and learning about winter traditions from around the world, all in a warm indoor space surrounded by the natural beauty of the wooded grounds. The program welcomes all children and is designed with sensory needs in mind. After the musical performance, there's a special instrument petting zoo where kids can explore different instruments up close. Best of all, admission is completely free—just grab your tickets from Autism Pittsburgh ahead of time. This is a great outing for families looking for an inclusive, engaging way to celebrate the season together.
