Babytime

Songs, stories, and sensory play for babies and caregivers at Oregon Library.

Join us for an interactive storytime designed to support your baby's early language development. During this session, infants from newborn through 18 months will experience a blend of songs, movement, rhythm activities, and rhyming verses—all thoughtfully chosen to spark curiosity about books and nurture a lifelong love of reading. It's a wonderful way to bond with your little one while laying the foundation for literacy skills. This program takes place at the Oregon Library's Meeting Room A, which is handicapped accessible. The session runs for about 45 minutes, giving you and your baby plenty of time to participate at your own pace. Whether your infant is just beginning to notice music and movement or is already babbling along, Babytime welcomes families with babies in this age group. No registration details were provided, so we recommend contacting the library directly to confirm any requirements before your visit.
