Babytime
Songs, stories, and rhymes for babies at Main Library.
Babytime is a half-hour storytime session designed to build early literacy foundations for the youngest learners. Babies from birth through 18 months will experience songs, movement, and rhythmic activities that introduce the joy of reading and books. This program takes place at the Main Library's Children's Library area and creates a welcoming space for you and your little one to explore language together.
This session is perfect for parents and caregivers looking to support their baby's language development through interactive, age-appropriate activities. The combination of music, movement, and rhyme helps babies build connections to reading and storytelling from their earliest months. It's a great opportunity to connect with other families while giving your baby a fun introduction to the library.
