Black and Unwrapped - A District Theatre `Black Light` Ten Minute Play Holiday Celebration

District Theatre is hosting a special holiday celebration featuring six original short plays created through their Black Light program. This event explores the real experiences of Black families during the holiday season—capturing moments that are joyful, complicated, funny, nostalgic, and sometimes wonderfully messy. The collection of ten-minute plays offers an honest and entertaining look at how families celebrate and navigate the holidays in their own unique ways. This event runs over a weekend in November and takes place at District Theatre in downtown Indianapolis. It's a great choice for families and theater enthusiasts looking for fresh, culturally relevant holiday entertainment that goes beyond traditional seasonal offerings.
