Bookmobile Visit | Oregon Senior Lofts

Mobile library brings books to the community.

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's Bookmobile will be stopping by to bring the library directly to your community. You and your family can step inside to explore a range of materials—books, DVDs, CDs, and large-print titles—plus there's a dedicated juvenile section. Library staff will be available to help you get a library card if you need one, suggest titles based on your interests, or place holds on items for future pickup. You can check out materials on the spot or return items you've already borrowed at any library branch. The Bookmobile is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a wheelchair lift and accessible entrance, wide aisles for easy movement, and handrails throughout. The interior space is compact, so it may feel snug during busier times. Keep in mind that you may hear some outside noise or vehicle sounds, and the temperature inside can vary. This is a great opportunity for families of all ages to discover new reading material without making a trip to the main library.
