Bookmobile Visit | Robert Dorrell Manor

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's Bookmobile will be stopping at Robert Dorrell Manor, giving families a chance to explore library materials without a trip to a branch. You and your children can browse books, DVDs, CDs, and other items—including a dedicated juvenile section and large-print titles. Staff will be there to help you get a library card if you need one, answer questions, and suggest reads tailored to your interests. You can check out materials right there on the vehicle, or place holds for items to pick up at the next visit. Anything you borrow can be returned either on the Bookmobile itself or at any Toledo-Lucas County Public Library location. The vehicle is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a wheelchair lift, wide interior aisles, handrails, and accessible entrances. Keep in mind the space is compact and may feel crowded during busy times, and you might notice engine sounds or outdoor noise from the community. This event welcomes all ages and families.
