Bookmobile Visit | The Lakewoods Senior Apts.

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's Bookmobile will be making a stop at The Lakewoods Senior Apts. Families and community members are welcome to step aboard and explore the mobile library's collection. You'll find books, DVDs, CDs, juvenile materials, and large-print titles all available to browse and check out. Library staff will be on hand to help with any questions, assist with new library card applications, and offer reading recommendations. If you find something you'd like but don't have time to borrow, you can place a hold to be delivered at the next visit. Materials borrowed from the Bookmobile can be returned either on the vehicle itself or at any of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's branch locations. The Bookmobile is equipped with wheelchair accessibility, including a dedicated accessible door and platform lift, as well as handrails for support. The interior space is compact, so it may feel crowded during peak times, and visitors should be aware that the vehicle may shift slightly as people move in and out. The event is designed for all ages.
