Bots & Bolts

Your family is invited to discover how robots and automation work at this hands-on event at Discovery World. Kids can experiment with Cubelets (modular robot blocks that snap together), program Tracer Bots to follow paths using optical sensors, and take control of Sphero robotic spheres. There's also a chance to meet engineers and innovators from real robotics teams like Lunabotics, Casa Drift, and Marquette Eagle Racing, and see their mini rovers up close. In the Doodle Studio, children can create robot-inspired art, and a scavenger hunt throughout the museum challenges guests to spot examples of robotics and engineering in action. This event welcomes curious minds of all ages and runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All activities are included with museum admission. It's a great opportunity for kids to explore how technology shapes the world around them in an interactive, playful setting.
