Build-A-Bot Library Workshop Series

Kids ages 8 to 12 can dive into hands-on robotics at this library workshop series. Each month features a different build project—this session focuses on creating a balance robot. Participants will work with real tools, sensors, and small components to assemble their creation, then take it home as a finished project. The workshop encourages teamwork as kids collaborate with other young builders who share an interest in STEM activities. Registration is required since spots fill up quickly due to limited supplies. Kids should have decent fine motor skills and grip strength, as the projects involve working with tiny screws and small wires. If your child has physical or communication needs, the library team is happy to discuss accommodations. For more information or to register, reach out to ask@pamunkeylibrary.org or call the Montpelier Branch Library directly.
