Butter Made Me Do It Cooking Class

Your family will dive into a three-hour hands-on culinary experience celebrating all things butter. Participants learn to churn cream into fresh butter from scratch, create their own personalized compound-butter blends using herbs, spices, citrus, and other flavorings, and explore creative techniques like browning, brûléeing, and infusing. The class covers everything from traditional applications to unexpected uses—even turning butter into cocktail ingredients and delicate snow preparations. A full dinner is included, featuring dishes that showcase butter in action. This class is designed for ages 14 and up and takes place at Cork & Knife Provisions, a local catering company in downtown Toledo. The venue offers free parking for attendees.
