Camera Club

The Camera Club at Retzer Nature Center brings together photography enthusiasts for a monthly gathering focused on skill-building and creative sharing. During each one-hour session, members present their work for constructive feedback from peers, discuss cameras and techniques, and explore ways to improve their craft. The group also takes advantage of the nature center's scenic grounds and surrounding natural areas as subjects for photography practice. This free program welcomes anyone 16 and older—no experience level required and no sign-up necessary. Just show up and join the conversation. If you'd like more details beforehand, the Camera Club maintains a Facebook group or you can reach out to Retzer Nature Center directly. It's a relaxed way for families with teenage photographers or adult hobbyists to connect with others who share their passion for capturing nature through a lens.
