Chess Club

This weekly chess program welcomes children of all ages and abilities to gather and play together. Whether your child is just learning the basics or already knows their way around the board, they'll find a welcoming group at this recurring club. The program runs for two hours, giving kids plenty of time to engage in games and develop their strategic thinking skills in a relaxed setting. The Chess Club meets at Heatherdowns Library's general space, making it an accessible option for families in the area. This is a great way for kids to enjoy a classic game, meet peers who share their interests, and build confidence in a supportive environment. If you have questions about the program, you can reach the library directly at the phone number listed.
