Craft And Storytime at The Mequon Nature Preserve

This is a classic library-style craft and storytime program, a staple of public libraries and nature centers across the country. Children gather for an age-appropriate story read aloud, followed by a hands-on craft activity, often nature-themed to tie into the preserve setting. Families can expect a relaxed, interactive hour where kids listen, create something to take home, and connect with nature. It's an ideal low-key outing for young children to build early literacy skills and explore creativity in a welcoming environment.
