Creepy Crawlers

Many kids find worms and insects unsettling, but this program offers a chance to change that perspective. During the session, children will get up close with these creatures, learning how they behave and discovering why they matter to our environment. By the end, what once seemed creepy becomes fascinating—and kids understand just how important these little animals really are. This 45-minute event is designed for kids ages 6–10 and takes place in the meeting room at Lagrange Library. It's presented by the Imagination Station and offers a hands-on, science-focused way to build confidence around nature. The meeting room is handicapped accessible, and parking is available on-site.
