DIY Lava Lamps

Kids will get hands-on with science at this creative workshop where they'll build their own lava lamp while discovering how physical and chemical reactions work together. It's a great way to explore scientific concepts through a fun, colorful project that children can actually take home and enjoy. This activity is designed for kids ages 6 to 10 and runs for one hour at Kent Library. The session takes place in Meeting Room B, which can accommodate up to 40 participants.
