DIY Suncatchers

DIY craft session at Waterville Library—make colorful suncatchers.

Your teen can create beautiful stained-glass-style suncatchers at this hands-on craft session. Using transparency film, markers, and glue, kids will design and assemble their own colorful window decorations to catch the light. It's a straightforward project that lets creativity shine while producing something they can actually display at home. This one-hour program is geared toward teens ages 11–17 and takes place in the library's meeting room. The session runs from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., giving families a manageable window to fit into a summer afternoon. All supplies are provided, so just show up ready to make something bright and beautiful.
