Exploding Pumpkins

Exploding Pumpkins

Hands-on science fun as you create exploding pumpkins at Oregon Library.

Kids ages 6 through 10 will have a blast creating their own volcanic pumpkin decorations at this hands-on activity. During the one-hour session, children will learn how to add an erupting volcano element to a pumpkin, giving their Halloween display a fun, unexpected twist. This is a perfect blend of science and seasonal crafting that'll have kids excited to show off their creations at home. The event takes place in Meeting Room A at the Oregon Library, which can accommodate up to 50 people and is handicapped accessible. Whether your child is curious about how volcanoes work or just loves getting creative with Halloween décor, this activity offers an engaging way to spend an October afternoon. For questions or to register, you can reach the library directly.
