Fall Color Hikes
Guided nature hikes to view fall foliage at Owl's Hill Nature Sanctuary in Brentwood.
Join a naturalist-led walk through Owl's Hill as the sanctuary transforms with autumn's changing leaves. These guided hikes are designed for adults and teens (age 14+), offering a moderate hiking experience that explores the seasonal shifts happening across the grounds. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Hikes start promptly at 9:30 AM and spaces are limited, so advance ticket purchase is recommended to secure your spot. Feel free to bring cameras or binoculars to capture the scenery. The cost is $15 per person.
Before you go, remember to bring a refillable water bottle, as there's no communal fountain on-site. Insect repellent is a good idea for fall hiking. Pets aren't permitted on the sanctuary grounds. Note that these hikes run rain or shine, though the sanctuary will cancel only if Williamson County is under a severe weather warning. If a program is cancelled, you'll receive a credit toward day passes valid for 30 days. This series runs on multiple dates, so check the full schedule to find the date that works best for your family.
