Food Truck Wednesdays

The City of Dublin brings together some of the area's best food trucks to Coffman Park throughout the year. Each Wednesday, different vendors set up shop during the lunch window, so you'll discover new culinary options week to week. It's a casual outing that works well for families looking to grab lunch together in a relaxed park setting. If you're planning ahead, you can pre-order from vendors between 48 and 72 hours before your visit—timing varies by truck—which helps you skip lines and ensure you get what you want. Individual vendor menus are available online so you can browse options in advance. This is perfect for busy parents wanting to make the most of a quick lunch break without the usual weekday meal hassles.
