Full Day Youth Art Workshop: Sculpture

Your child will spend the day exploring three-dimensional art creation at the Frick Pittsburgh, working alongside teaching artists who guide students through hands-on sculpture projects. The workshop welcomes young artists in grades 2–5, whether they're experienced creators, preparing a portfolio for a CAPA application, or simply curious to try something new. Students will draw inspiration from the Frick's collections and art history while discovering techniques across different sculptural mediums. By the end of the day, each participant will have completed between two and five finished pieces to take home—the exact number depends on the workshop activities and each student's working pace. This is a supportive environment designed to spark creativity and help kids feel comfortable exploring and experimenting. The workshop runs the full day and costs $110 per participant. Tickets can be purchased through the Frick's website.
