Full Moon Night Hike

Experience the magic of a full moon evening at Blandford Nature Center! This guided program combines indoor and outdoor exploration—you'll start by learning about lunar phases, then venture out for a moonlit hike to observe the night sky. Before heading outside, stop by the Wildlife Center to spot nocturnal animals that are active after dark. It's a wonderful way to connect with nature and discover what comes alive under the moon. This outing works best for kids ages 10 and up, along with adults and teens. Spots fill up quickly, so advance registration online is required. Tickets are $13 for non-members and $10.40 for members. Since most of the program happens outdoors, dress appropriately for the weather conditions. If severe weather arrives, the program will be cancelled and you'll be notified about refund choices. Children under 18 need to be accompanied by a registered adult.
