When you arrive, you'll check in at the shop, grab clippers and fill a container with water—bring your own Ball brand quart-size mason jar or purchase a vase for $2. Then head into the fields to pick from over 60 varieties of blooms, from zinnias and snapdragons to sunflowers and gladiolus. The selection changes throughout the season, so each visit offers something different. The whole experience costs $16 per person, and you'll get complimentary water to keep your flowers fresh on the ride home. This works for families with kids of all ages (those under 18 need adult supervision), and leashed dogs are welcome too. Plan to get a little sandy or dirty, so wear old clothes and comfortable shoes. You can pay with cash, check, Venmo, or credit card (with a small processing fee), and there are plenty of photo spots throughout the gardens, including a special arch and morning glory canopy.
