German Holiday Market & Tree Lighting

Join the community for a festive two-day celebration at Brookfield City Hall. On Friday evening, the Biergarten tent opens for food, beverages, and live music from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Saturday features the full holiday market from 11 am to 6 pm, with vendor booths and activities throughout the day. Families can enjoy a model train display, a craft station, and visit with Santa indoors at the Senior Center. Outside, take a storybook walk presented by the Brookfield Library and enjoy wagon rides. The festivities conclude at 6 pm with the tree lighting ceremony outside City Hall's clock tower. This free event offers something for all ages. Younger children will enjoy the crafts, train display, Santa visit, and wagon rides, while the storybook walk provides an interactive outdoor experience. The weekend format gives families flexibility to attend the biergarten gathering, the full market day, or both. Whether you're looking for holiday shopping, seasonal activities, or simply festive family time, this market brings together food, entertainment, and traditions in one convenient location.
