Geschichtenzeit für Kinder | Storytime in German

UNC German Language students will lead a 25-minute storytime session designed for young children and their families. The stories are told entirely in German, but don't worry—simple vocabulary is used throughout, and no prior German knowledge is required. This is a welcoming introduction to the language for everyone. The program takes place in the Kids' Area of the library, located on the first floor of the Drakeford building. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, who must remain present to supervise throughout the session. Whether your child is curious about languages, loves stories, or simply wants to try something new, this casual, low-pressure event is a fun way to explore German in a family-friendly setting.
