Get Moving with Zumba featuring Elaina Hernandez
Join instructor Elaina for an energetic Latin-inspired dance cardio session designed to get everyone moving. This one-hour class welcomes adults and teens of all abilities, with modifications available for those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Whether you're looking to try something new or get your heart pumping, you can participate in whatever way feels right for you. A support person is welcome to attend alongside you if needed.
The session is fully accessible, located on the library's first floor with ramp access, automatic doors, and easy flooring. Be prepared for a mix of bright and ambient lighting, upbeat music, and active movement—you'll be encouraged to mirror movements and use large motor movements, but always at your own comfort level. If you need any specific accommodations, just call Public Services at 419-259-5293 at least two weeks ahead. Space is limited, so registration is recommended.
