Halloween Trunk or Treat

Come celebrate Halloween at the Library's Trunk or Treat event! Kids in costume can enjoy treats and activities while exploring a festive evening in the parking lot and inside the library building. This is a great way for families to experience Halloween fun in a safe, community-centered setting with plenty of spooky surprises. If you'd like to decorate a vehicle trunk and hand out candy, you can register to participate as a vendor. Spots are limited to 96 vehicles, so reserve yours ahead by calling 804-883-5117 or registering online. All candy must be unopened and prepackaged.
