Hand-Sewn Stuffies with Alexis Norris
Learn hand-sewing fundamentals and create a soft stuffed toy to take home.
Your teen will learn foundational hand-sewing skills while creating their own small plushie during this two-hour workshop. Instructor Alexis Norris will guide participants through beginner techniques, and each young crafter gets to take home their finished stuffed creation. This is a great introduction to sewing for kids who are curious about fiber arts or looking to develop a new craft skill.
The session runs for two hours and accommodates up to 40 participants, with 25 seats currently available. Registration is required. The accessible meeting room at Reynolds Corners Library provides a welcoming environment for teens ages 11–17. This is a perfect activity for hands-on learners who enjoy making something tangible they can keep.
