HAWS Tots & Tails

Your little ones will have a wonderful time getting to know animals in a calm, engaging way at this HAWS program. The hour-long session combines storytelling, hands-on fine motor activities, and a chance to meet a real animal ambassador from HAWS. It's designed for toddlers and preschoolers ages 2–5, with their caregivers right there participating alongside them. The relaxed structure gives kids time to explore and learn while you stay comfortable—just bring a yoga mat or blanket to get cozy. After the structured activities wrap up, there's built-in time for caregivers to chat and connect with one another while the children play. Registration costs $10 per child. You can sign up through the HAWS website, and if you have questions, the shelter is happy to help at the contact information provided.
