Herb Gardens for Teens with Sow and Reap Gardens
Teens learn to grow fresh herbs with Sow and Reap Gardens at Mott Library.
Teenagers interested in gardening will love this hands-on workshop led by expert gardener Felicia Roberts-Dunston. Participants will learn practical tips for growing culinary herbs and will plant their own small herb container to bring home. It's a great introduction to gardening for teens who want to explore growing their own food at home.
The session runs for one hour and takes place in the library's meeting space. Space is limited, so registration is recommended. This program is designed specifically for teens ages 11–17 and combines learning with a tangible takeaway—the potted herb garden each participant creates.
