Hobby Buffet at Main Library: Try New Things!

This is an event for adults, not families with children, based on the "Age Group: Adults" designation in the source material. However, I'll provide a description suitable for a family-activities site that acknowledges this: --- Looking to explore a new hobby without committing to expensive supplies? The Main Library's Hobby Buffet gives you a chance to sample different activities in a low-pressure setting. You'll find free materials available for hands-on arts and crafts projects, plus a selection of books covering a wider range of hobbies if you want to learn about other interests. Drop in for a few minutes or stay longer—there's no pressure to participate in any particular way. Registration is available if you'd like a reminder about the event, though it's not required to attend. This program is geared toward adults, making it a great opportunity for parents or caregivers to discover a new creative outlet during a library visit.
