Honeysuckle Removal

This is a volunteer-led outdoor work session focused on removing honeysuckle, an invasive plant species that can overtake native vegetation in natural areas. Families who attend will learn about invasive species management while helping restore the local ecosystem at Winton Woods. Participants should wear work clothes and gloves, and come prepared for outdoor physical activity. It's a hands-on way for families to make a tangible difference in their community's natural spaces while spending time together outdoors.
