Inclusive Story and a Craft
Inclusive storytime & craft welcoming all abilities and learning styles.
This program welcomes children and teens of all abilities to enjoy stories, music, movement, and creative activities together. Your child will experience an interactive storytime with elements designed to engage young learners, followed by a simple hands-on craft project. The session runs for one hour and is intentionally structured to be accessible and welcoming for all participants, with special modifications available for children and teens with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The library can accommodate up to 20 participants for this event. If your child needs any specific accommodations—whether related to sensory needs, mobility, or other considerations—reach out to Public Services at 419-259-5293 at least two weeks before the program date to discuss what's available. This is a great opportunity for school-aged kids to participate in a group activity designed with inclusion in mind.
