Inclusive Storytime

Join us for a welcoming storytime session where children of all abilities and their caregivers gather together. This program combines stories, music, and movement in an interactive setting where kids can talk, sing, read, write, and play. While the experience is designed to be enjoyed by all children, it's specially tailored to support those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What to expect: The hour-long program includes singing, movement activities, and reading. The space features both artificial and natural lighting, and there will be music and ambient noise as children participate and play. If your child has sensory sensitivities or needs specific accommodations, call Public Services at 419-259-5293 at least two weeks before the program date. The venue is accessible via elevator from the parking garage, with automatic doors and a mix of flooring throughout the children's program room on the second floor.
