Inclusive Storytime

Join us for a 45-minute storytime where children of all abilities and their caregivers come together to enjoy stories, songs, movement, and creative activities. While this program welcomes every child, it's specially designed with modifications for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Expect a mix of reading, music, and movement activities that children can enjoy in whatever way feels right for them. The program includes sensory elements like music and singing, along with both artificial and natural lighting in the space. If your child needs any accommodations to participate comfortably, please call Public Services at 419-259-5293 at least two weeks ahead of time. The program takes place in the Children's Library on the second floor, with elevator access from the parking garage and automatic doors throughout the space.
