Inclusive Storytime for Adults and Teens
Inclusive storytime for teens—stories and community at Lagrange Library.
This interactive storytime welcomes adult learners and teens of all abilities to enjoy stories, music, and movement together. The program is designed to be inclusive for everyone while offering modifications specifically for participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your teen or adult family member can join in activities that feel comfortable for them—participation in the movement and music elements is flexible and self-directed.
Support persons are encouraged to attend and should register as participants too. The library requests at least one support staff member for every six individuals. If your family needs specific accommodations, contact Public Services at 419-259-5293 at least two weeks before the event. This program is currently at capacity, so reach out to the library directly about availability or to join a waitlist.
