The event runs from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at the Wood County Board of DD building on Gypsy Lane Road in Bowling Green. Come as you are—whether that means a full costume, partial costume, or no costume at all—and enjoy the Halloween spirit at a pace and comfort level that works for your family.
