It's Electric with Imagination Station
Hands-on electricity experiments from Imagination Station at Oregon Library.
Kids ages 6 to 10 are invited to discover how electricity works and powers our world during this hands-on program at the Oregon Library. Your child will explore the sources of electrical energy, including natural resources and solar power, and learn the basics of how circuits function. The highlight? Building simple circuits that actually spin motors—and using them to create art in the process.
This 45-minute science activity gives young learners a chance to see electricity in action through interactive exploration. It's a great fit for curious kids who enjoy building things and understanding how everyday technology works. The program takes place in the library's Meeting Room A & B.
