Kids Choice

Kids Choice gives your child the freedom to shape their own experience at the library. They can jump into an ongoing Kids Club activity, browse through the toys and games available in the children's area, or even lead a mini-lesson on something they're passionate about sharing with their peers. Children's Services staff will be on hand to guide and support everyone throughout the session. This program works well for elementary-aged children in grades K–5 who enjoy a mix of structured and unstructured play. Whether your kid is in the mood for a specific activity, wants to explore independently, or feels inspired to teach others, there's room for different interests and energy levels. It's a chance for kids to take ownership of how they spend their time while having library staff nearby for support.
