Kids Homeschool Book Club
Young readers discuss books with peers in a supportive homeschool book club.
This monthly gathering brings together young readers for an hour of meaningful discussion centered around a shared book. For September's meeting, the group will explore *The Wild Robot* by Peter Brown—a story about Roz, a robot who awakens alone on a remote island with no memory of her origins and must learn to survive among the island's inhabitants. The session runs for one hour and includes not just book conversation but also a hands-on activity to extend the experience.
This program welcomes homeschooled children ages 6 to 10 who enjoy reading and talking about stories. Meeting Room B at the library can accommodate up to 37 people comfortably. If you'd like your child to participate, you can request or download a copy of the book ahead of time through the library. For more details or to register, reach out to the library directly at 419.878.3055.
