King's Quest: Dungeons and Dragons
Kids and teens explore Dungeons & Dragons at King Road Library.
Join a Dungeons & Dragons gaming session at King Road Library's Making Studio. This hour-long event welcomes both newcomers and experienced players to the table. If you've never played before, don't worry—the group will get you up to speed quickly, complete with combat scenarios featuring zombies, dragons, or other fantasy encounters. Those with prior experience are invited to continue an ongoing campaign that meets regularly.
No special preparation is needed to attend; just bring yourself and you'll be ready to play. The event is designed for teens ages 11 and up. If your child is interested in learning the game or advancing their skills, this is a low-pressure introduction to a beloved tabletop hobby. Registration for this particular session is now closed, but the library's resident Dungeon Master, Joyce Souva, welcomes inquiries about future opportunities, including from those interested in running their own games.
