Lake Michigan Divers

Join us for an up-close look at Discovery World's Lake Michigan Tank, an 85,000-gallon aquarium filled with fish species you'd find right here in our own backyard. Watch trained divers care for and feed the tank's impressive Lake Sturgeon, plus Bass, Yellow Perch, and other local aquatic residents. The feeding demonstration happens at 10:00 am, giving you a chance to see how these ambassadors for Wisconsin's lakes are maintained and nourished. This weekly program runs every Wednesday morning, giving families a behind-the-scenes glimpse into aquarium care and Wisconsin's natural waterways. It's a great activity for curious kids who want to learn about local ecosystems while watching skilled divers in action. Keep in mind that dive times may occasionally change, so it's worth checking ahead. Discovery World's full aquarium is open to explore during the program time, making this a perfect addition to a broader visit.
