LDA of PA presents Early Literacy Tutoring at CLP – Hill District
Looking to give your early reader a boost? LDA of PA brings their Early Literacy Tutoring program to the Hill District library, working with small groups of up to four students per tutor. This hands-on program focuses on the building blocks of reading—phonics, sight words, letter formation, spelling, and comprehension—using multisensory techniques that make learning engaging and interactive.
The program is designed for students in kindergarten through second grade who would benefit from extra support with their reading skills. Students attend two sessions per week (choose either the 3–4 pm or 4–5 pm slot, or both), and consistent attendance helps them make real progress. To get your child started, you'll need to register through the program's online form. Once you do, LDA of PA will reach out to confirm your student's placement in the right class level.
