Learn & Play Storytime with WGTE

Join WGTE educators for an interactive storytime experience built around beloved PBS KIDS characters and programming. This 45-minute session blends storytelling with hands-on activities designed specifically for preschoolers. The program follows Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards, with a focus on building language skills, creativity, physical coordination, and social-emotional growth. Professional WGTE staff will lead engaging mini-lessons that incorporate video clips and interactive activities to keep young learners entertained and learning. This program welcomes preschool-aged children (birth to age 5) along with their parents, caregivers, and guardians. Daycare programs and community organizations are also encouraged to attend. The session takes place in a dedicated meeting space with comfortable seating for up to 75 people. It's a wonderful opportunity for little ones to enjoy quality screen-free learning time with the familiar characters they love, all while developing key skills in a supportive group setting.
